Liability Waiver

Welcome to Motion On 2! We are dedicated to providing quality dance instruction in Latin rhythms such as Salsa on 2, Bachata, Latin Hustle, and other styles. By participating in our Services you accept and agree with our Liability Waiver.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and understand that dance classes and events at Motion On 2 Dance Studio involve physical exertion and carry the risk of physical injury. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with dance activities, including falls, physical strain, and severe physical injury.

2. Assumption of Risk

I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the dance classes and events conducted by Motion On 2 Dance Studio.

3. Medical Representation

I affirm that I am physically fit and in a condition that allows me to participate in these activities and that I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in dance classes and events.

4. Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the dance classes and events, I voluntarily agree, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and personal representatives, to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Motion On 2 Dance Studio and its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, losses, injuries, and liabilities of any kind resulting from my participation in the dance classes and events, including, but not limited to, those resulting from the negligent acts or omissions of Motion On 2 Dance Studio and its aforementioned affiliates.

5. Photo/Video Release

I understand that Motion On 2 Dance Studio may record classes or events, and I hereby grant Motion On 2 Dance Studio the irrevocable right and permission to photograph and/or record me in connection with the studio and to use the photograph and/or recording for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, social media, marketing materials, and other publications.

6. Acknowledgment of Policies and Procedures

I agree to abide by all policies and procedures of Motion On 2 Dance Studio. I understand that the studio reserves the right to modify the terms of this waiver without prior notice and that my continued participation constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

7. Agreement Duration

This agreement is continuous and will remain in effect for all future Motion On 2 Dance Studio dance classes and events I attend.

8. Signature By Purchase

"In purchasing any services provided by Motion On 2 Dance Studio, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in our Liability Waiver. This includes acknowledging the risks of dance activities, assuming responsibility for these risks, and waiving rights to legal claims against Motion On 2 Dance Studio and its affiliates for any injuries or damages experienced."
